Dr. Higgenbotham

Dr. Higgenbotham is a character in the television series episode "Charlie the Human." He is a brilliant scientist who has discovered an idea of farming in a desert to feed thousands of people. He is the one Annabelle sends Charlie and Itchy to watch because, although he is smart, he is a bit absent-minded, as he forgot to attend his last two presentations at the Science Insitute. He starts going, but leaves his briefcase (containing his notes) in the restaurant.
