"La Doggie Vita" is the fourteenth episode of the All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series.

Summary[]

Charlie and Itchy's new mission is becoming a bit more mysterious, and that they believe that Anabelle has sent them an evil mission: to join Carface and Killer at a meat packing plant. Anabelle believes that "she", actually being her evil cousin Belladonna tricked them, and that she wants Charlie to be in her group, but Itchy won't allow it at all. Will Charlie stay on the good side, or go to the dogs?

Plot[]

Belladonna acts as Annabelle "undercover" to meet with her two recruits Carface and Klller at a meat packing plant. Though Annabelle appears and the deception is revealed, Charlie gives into Belladonna's offer of an easier way to life and all the meat he can eat. Itchy tries to talk Charlie out of joining her side but is captured by Belladonna and strapped to become dog food. She tells Charlie to pull the lever to send him to his doom as a final test to prove Charlie's commitment to their side. Charlie refuses to harm his best friend and saves Itchy, sending Carface and Killer through the machine to get packaged. Enraged, Belladonna tries to kill them but is defeated by literally having a cow dropped onto her, squashing her flat.

Trivia[]

  • The episode's title is a parody of the film La Dolce Vita.
  • This is not only the first episode of the second season, but also the debut of Belladonna.
  • Although Belladonna casually refers to Charlie as "Chucky," she refers him to as "Chuck" once, and calls him by his right name 5 times here. However, "Chucky and "Chuck are both nicknames for the name Charles.
