Loni Anderson

Loni Kaye Anderson (born August 5, 1945) is the voice of Flo in All Dogs Go to Heaven.

At the time, Anderson was married to Burt Reynolds, but they (being the namesakes of Charlie's parole officers) had been divorced since 1976.
